They that brought joy to our lives can never be forgotten. I was welcomed into a wonderful household and educated. MOTHER Gill brought a warmth and tolerance, when it would have been easy to reject this secondary school student of Jamaican parents. She became like another mother. My love of South Asian cuisine is down to her. As well as my high expectation and intolerance of a lot of South Asain restaurants foods. Through her children she will continue to make a difference in a world so in need of her daughter wonderful nature and drive.
To miss her feels selfish. I have a big heart and there has always been a place that Mrs Gill has had. Nothing changes. She is still with me, along with those I have lost. Rest and trust in the salvation of your faith.

A truly special lady. We remember the get togethers we all had in Leeds. A true friend of our beloved Mother Pritam Kaur. They were always together and were like sisters. Our sincere condolences to all.

A very regal lady, proud and true whom I remember with huge fondness at Paramjit’s wedding. Her kindness at accepting me into her house and introducing me to a different culture was an unforgettable magical experience. Thank you Rattan.Peace be with you and your wonderful family.
Tribute to a distinguished daughter, sister, lady, wife, mother, aunt, and grand ma.
Nothing can detest or debate life experienced by this wonderful woman whom has just short thirty-six days before becoming a centenarian.
It is rather more than fair and with due respect to this mother and I quote “ JEEVAN KE 100 VARSH POORE HONE KA JASHN MANA RAHE HAIN”
An event, a ceremony and a ceIebration which I wish I could have attended as there is no other description to a ‘gem’ of a mother as ‘Noble’
100 years, through living with the means which exists at the time, maintaining peace, love, comfort, support, guidance through any challenges yet survived to migrate into the horizon and nurture a family with the concept of a pioneer.
Truly loved by all, truly touched by all and surely will never be missed by anyone who knows her.
The little I heard about this distinguished lady just reminds me about my grand parents and I sometimes wonder what their parents were like before leaving the mother land.
It is with great respect I scribe these few words on behalf of myself and family to Gurmail Gill and his entire families during this memorable celebration.
